We develop each project separately, maintaining the operational autonomy of our teams, while actively seeking synergies, especially in areas of shared clients and complementary functionalities.
We strive for full control over each project, usually by purchasing copyrights and hiring teams. In exceptional cases, we acquire a minimum of 51% of shares in an operating company.
